About these terms

These terms apply to your use of flygraq.com and to any services you hire Flygraq (“we”, “us”, “our”) to provide. If we sign a separate proposal or agreement with you, that document will take priority for the project it covers.

Using our website

• You may browse and share our content for personal or business reference, but not copy or resell it without permission.
• Please don’t try to break, overload or misuse the website or its forms.
• The information on this site is general and may change. It isn’t professional advice for your specific situation.

Quotes and proposals

Every project gets a written quote or proposal that describes the scope, timeline and price. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Payments

• Projects usually start after a deposit is paid, with the balance due at agreed milestones or before launch.
• Monthly services are billed in advance and continue until cancelled with the notice period stated in your proposal.
• Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, plugins, software subscriptions and ad spend are paid by the client unless agreed otherwise.

Your responsibilities

To keep projects on time, we need your content, feedback, approvals and access to the accounts or platforms involved. Delays in receiving these may move the timeline. You confirm that any content, logos or materials you give us are yours to use.

Revisions and changes

Each proposal includes a set number of revision rounds. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it.

Ownership

Once your project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you, such as your website design, logo files and content. Third-party tools, themes, plugins, fonts and stock assets remain under their own licences. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Results

We work hard to get you results, but marketing outcomes such as search rankings, AI visibility, traffic, leads and ad performance depend on many factors outside our control (including search engines, platforms and your market). We do not guarantee specific rankings or results.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Flygraq is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

Ending a project

Either side may end a project in writing. You pay for the work completed up to that point, and we hand over the work that has been paid for.
